We have carefully selected routes on bike paths and low-traffic back roads for your cycling vacation in Italy, with your choice of regions from north to south. Choose Trentino-Alto Adige, Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia for routes through forests and meadows, along rivers and lakes. Pedal through picture-postcard landscapes in Tuscany. Puglia offers delicious food and interesting culture, and you’re never far from the beautiful blue sea.
Bike routes
The most popular long-distance bicycle routes in Italy are the Adige from the Dolomites to Lake Garda and the Adriatic bicycle route. We have also mapped many other bike paths and low-traffic back roads, to allow you to enjoy a wonderful week on your bike!
Dolomites, Lake Garda and Venice (11 tours)
You can admire the peaks of the Dolomites from the valley floor bike paths, pedal among the Palladian villas in the Veneto region, and top off your bike rides with an aperitif on Lake Garda, or in front of a sunset over the Venice Lagoon.

Vacations along rivers, canals and coastal routes, with cycling by day and overnight stays aboard a floating hotel that follows cyclists stage by stage. After many years as cargo boat Vita Pugna has been totally renewed in the beginning of the 1990s in order to start her new life as floating hotel along the Dutch canals. After a famous long journey from Holland to Italy, this charming Dutch lady has been sailing with great success between Venice and Mantova since 2008. Why get on board? For the cozy atmosphere, small size and charm of sleeping on a historic Dutch barge.

You can rent the bike type that suits you best. You will find it at the starting point of the tour and you have to return it at the end of the last cycling stage: easy, isn’t it? Touring bikes, electric bikes, tandems, accessories: our mechanics know them down to the last bolt, assemble them and continually overhaul them at our headquarters or at the nearest base of operations. Our e-bike is the right choice if you do not feel trained enough to spend more days on a saddle. You can easily adjust the assistance of the electric motor: from a mild pedaling support, to a more intense boost, which is especially useful on starts and uphill climbs. The battery charge covers an entire cycling stage, or even more if you don’t use it at full power all the time, and you can recharge it at the end of the day at the hotel .
